Addressing the Changing Real Estate Landscape in Iowa

Description

As the real estate industry navigates challenges and changes, licensees across the state must be equipped with the resources to remain successful in their business. This course is one of the many benefits the Association offers that assist licensees in the daily practice of real estate, including the implementation and practice of buyer representation in the state of Iowa.

Instructed by Matt Blake and Greta Haas. This is an in-person session only, no recording or Zoom option is available. 

This event will take place at the Sioux City Convention Center.  A large number of attendees are expected. Advanced registration is strongly encouraged. 

Walk-in registrations will be available the day of the event on a space-available basis. Please register early to ensure a seat.

The event is free for NWIA REALTOR members. 2 hours of elective CE credit is available to all attendees.
